These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any services provided by Sizaria Technologies. By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide software development, website and mobile app development, POS software, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, design, content and security services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
2. Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects usually start after an advance payment. Remaining payments follow the agreed milestones.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is up to date.
- Advertising budgets (Google, Meta and others) are paid directly to the platform or separately from our management fee.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, access, feedback and approvals on time, and confirm that any material you give us (text, images, logos) is yours to use. Delays in feedback may change the delivery timeline.
4. Changes and additional work
Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins.
5. Ownership
Once all invoices for a project are paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including source code and designs. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock media remain under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Support and warranty
Each project includes 30 days of free support after launch for fixing defects in the agreed scope. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and marketing are available on monthly plans.
7. Marketing results
We use proven methods, but search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, such as search engine and platform algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the project.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, data loss caused by third-party services, or changes made by others after handover.
10. Cancellation
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that date is payable. Advance payments for work already started are non-refundable.
11. Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content or design for commercial use without permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the courts of Lahore, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
